If you, like me, sit in front of the computer several hours a day, this is a quick fix for you. Actually it's a great quick fix for everybody who needs to work a little on their posture. And lets face it, a lot of us do.

To sit right and stand up straight will make you look at least one size smaller and a few inches taller.


So here's an easy exercise that will help you find your best looking posture:

1. Stand with your head, shoulders, and buttocks against a wall. Stand with your legs shoulder width apart and with your heels  an inch or two away from the wall.

2. Relax and let your shoulders fall down, suck your stomach in. Roll your shoulders backwards so that your chest is pushed out, but do not arch your back. Take five deep breaths.

3. Keep your posture and step away from the wall. This is how you should stand, always. Walk with your new posture to a mirror and see the difference.

 

Improving your posture can also solve all kinds of problems. If you have an aching back, shoulders, a strained neck, or recurrent headaches, poor posture could be to blame. So, do try this at home.
