When can I expect my order?

Answer: It can take up to two weeks before you receive your order, since we ship everything from Sweden.

 

I have only received 2 One Week bottles although I ordered 4!

Answer: We ship 4 bottles in two separate packages, so they can come with a couple of days delay in between.

 

Can I pay with a Postal Order?

Answer: No you cannot, we are based in Sweden and can therefore not take a Postal Order. We only accept payment via Credit Card or Debit Card.

How do I cancel my Auto ship?

Answer: To cancel your Auto ship just call our customer service, please keep your customer number close. You can also cancel your Auto ship by sending our customer service an email with your cancellation, and will then receive a confirmation email. Don't forget to cancel your Auto ship 10 days before your Auto ship due date. If you send an email you must include your name, address, and phone number. 

 

Where is my order being sent from?

Answer: From our European Distribution Center located in Knislinge, Sweden. 

 

I have ordered a One Week Kit large, but only received 2 bottles /2 bottles, 1 Chromium and 

1 B-complex!

Answer: We ship the One Week Kit large in two separate packages and they can come with a couple of days delay in between.

 

How long does an open bottle of One Week stay good in the fridge?

Answer: After opening about two weeks.

 

Can I put my Auto ship on hold?

Answer: If you just want to skip receiving an order one month, simply send us an e-mail and request to skip your Auto Ship for that month. Please have your customer number ready when calling. Whether you are cancelling or skipping a month, the requests must be received by Health to Happiness 10 days before your Auto Ship due date. If you send e-mail you must include your name, address, and phone number. 

 

How do I know my order have come through?

Answer: You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail when your order has been placed, provided you have given a correct e-mail address.

Check your order confirmation for possible errors. Should your order or address be wrong, please contact our customer service via phone. Should you not able to reach our customer service, send us an e-mail stated urgent. That way we are able to correct your order before it is sent out.  

 

How do I know I have ordered a monthly Auto ship?

Answer: You can check your order confirmation to see whether you have ordered an Auto ship or not. Whether it is an Auto ship or not is also stated on the invoice which follows your delivered order.  On your invoice you will also find your final cancellation date. 

 

For how long do I need to take my supplements before I notice a difference?

Answer: This is completely individual and depends on many different factors, and of course on what type of product you use. A vitamin supplement for example is not meant to give a noticeable result in that sense; however, vitamins will provide your body with a good level of vitamins and minerals and, in some cases, fatty acids, while it produces new cells. 

The most important thing is that you take your supplements regularly. A small dosage now and then does not make any difference compared to using something during a longer period of time. Keep in mind that you need a balanced diet and regular exercise to keep your general health in good shape.  

 

Can I take a larger dose than the recommended daily intake?

Answer: We never recommend our customers to exceed recommended daily intake. 

 

I am pregnant; can I still take your supplements?

Answer: Generally we do not recommend pregnant women to use supplements without having spoken to a doctor first, unless of course the product is specifically for pregnant women. The same recommendation goes for women who breastfeed.

My One Week diet Cleanse does not taste good?

Answer: All of the ingredients in the One Week liquid diet are natural, so taste, viscosity and colour may sometimes vary from batch to batch. Small variations in taste may therefore occur. It might also be that you did not dilute it with enough water, so the taste may be too sharp for you. Try to use a larger glass next time you mix it.
